The Development Speak blog, written by Scott Dietrich, reflects on the world of international development. Mr. Dietrich works for an agro-forestry organization in eastern Kenya. He holds a masters degree in International Agricultural Development from the University of California, Davis, and his sense of humor has been implicated in the overthrow of three military dictatorships.
